This is a brilliant website where you can join work-outs with real personal trainers wherever you are on the globe. You can tune into Pilates, dance, Zumba or aerobics classes and get the encouragement as if you’re in a class, even though you’re in the comfort of your own home. There’s even a class for mummies, designed to give us better bellies, bottoms and thighs in 30 minutes. We’re game, if you are?
