Cooking dinner can be a real chore when you have kids and then there’s the washing up! Don’t despair we’ve got the answer. One pot/tray dinners! Inspired by the Martha Stewart One Pan Pasta doing the rounds on social media we’ve put together 5 quick dinners for you to try out next week. Have fun!
Martha’s One Pan Pasta
Salmon, Broccoli and Capers
Simple but stunning. Take some salmon fillets and place onto a tray. Cut broccoli into thin florets and toss in some oil. Add to the tray then dress the whole thing with some olive oil, lemon and plenty of black pepper. Bake until the salmon is cooked and the broccoli is slightly charred. Serve with fresh bread.
Simple Chicken Ceasar
Place some chicken fillets onto a tray. Grate parmesan into some breadcrumbs, season then place these onto the chicken. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Meanwhile take some romaine lettuce and cut in half. Toss in some oil and season well. Place these next to the chicken after it has started to bake. Remove once cooked and add some caesar dressing and anchovies. Eat with crusty bread.
Rosemary Pork and Potatoes
Cut potatoes and onions into small chunks and use them to cover the bottom of your tray. Coat with plenty of olive oil and add some rosemary. Place pork chops on top of the potatoes and onions. Roast together until everything is cooked (you may need to remove the chops while the potatoes finish).
