Funmumsfitness is a Personal Training Club for Mums with babies or small children. We help mums to recover after birth, lose weight, get fit and to feel strong through bespoke personal training, fitness and gym classes in Surrey and Devon.

Funmumsfitness isn’t a normal mum and baby exercise class. Our classes are about respecting what our bodies have been through, and celebrating what they’re capable of in a supportive and empowering environment through tailor made sessions.
We wanted to provide women with a different experience. We don’t talk about ‘bouncing back’, or meeting society’s expectations. We talk about empowering ourselves, and meeting our own goals.
We’re strong, not skinny. We lift. We box. We work out and we feel good!
As qualified postnatal personal trainers in Surrey and Devon, we educate women on their postnatal body to help them recover and gain strength in a safe way that helps them keep up with their busy lives.
We don’t just teach as a ‘postnatal experts’; we teach as mums too. We have both been at the stage you’re at now, and we have felt the same need to overcome body anxieties. So join us and find the likeminded community you’ve been waiting for.
