I’m Carly Corrigall, a specialist women’s personal trainer, offering both online and in-person training and fitness classes. I’m a mum to two boys, I love running in beautiful places and a really good cup of coffee!
When I had my first baby, I was frustrated by the conflicting advice about exercising as a new mum. Despite always enjoying exercise, I lost my confidence and felt like I had stepped into someone else’s body in the weeks and months that followed.
Once I emerged from the new baby fog, I decided not to return to my former career as a lawyer and re-trained as a personal trainer, so I could help women to feel confident and empowered to exercise safely after having their baby and beyond.
CLC Fitness has grown somewhat since those early days and I now work with women at all ages and stages of life, from pregnancy through to menopause and beyond, to learn how they can use exercise to boost their mood, help them feel better about their bodies and become something they really look forward to. My aim is to help each woman who trains with me to become the expert on her own body and to discover the “magic of exercise” - how good it can make us feel.
I offer both 1:1 and small group personal training, alongside HIIT classes (both online via Zoom and in person) and Buggy Circuits, a specific postnatal outdoor workout.
